Information design meets Ed(Tech) in a research-driven collaboration

The ongoing collaboration with FEM↗ [Future Education Modena] focuses on bringing information design approaches and tools to teachers and students as empowering skills for reasoning, studying, communication, and self-expression.

As Lead of the Information Design for Learning area, I curate didactic paths and materials, often in close collaboration with neuroscience, pedagogy, data science, and media education experts. This work lead to the 20+ hours course Information Design for Learning↗ (first edition 2023-2024) and toolkits as "il Mappa Mappe" (handbook + canvas, at beta stage]. I also design interactive experiences for events, data-driven or information-heavy materials, and interfaces for in-house EdTech products, like the text analysis platform Linda↗.

About FEM ↪   FEM is an international EdTech Hub dedicated to innovation in the field of education and training. Its approach is radicated in interdisciplinarity, and its actions span from Applied Research and Educational Sandbox to Incubation and EdTech Venture Building.
